• Please make sure that personal profile and service record are correct and up to date on (mis.hed.punjab.gov.pk).
  • All Principals of Public colleges may maintain the signed hard copies of Personal Profiles of their teaching staff to verify with original documents and if any changes occur in any personal profile, they can add it with old hard copy of personal Profile.
  • Applications against the general category will only be entertained if applicant has completed 3 years at his/her present place of posting.
  • All the teaching staff applying under categories Wedlock, Physical Disability, widow cases, they must have to provide valid documented proof against their selected category.
  • Missing / incorrect record in Personal Profile/Service Record is complete responsibility of concern Teacher / Principal. Action will be taken under PEEDA act against the provision of wrong information in transfer application.
  • HED online transfer application software does not accept any claim in case of delayed/incomplete information.
